As I see double-decker busses passing by…
Tears well up in my eyes… and I start to cry.
Thinking of you far, far-away
Lying still on your bed, with an empty gaze.
I want to come back home.
Get on the next plane and come to you.
You alone!!!
Baby I miss you! Baby I miss you today.
As I see Black cabs rushing by
I think of you… your sweet charm
Thinking of you far, far-away
Applying a hint of blush, on your pretty face
I want to come back home.
Get on the next plane and come to you.
You alone!!!
Baby I miss you! Baby I miss you today.
When I see the leaves sway in the gentle cool breeze
I turn around hoping to find you there!
Thinking of you far, far-away
How your one smile would light up my days!
I want to come back home.
Get on the next plane and come to you.
You alone!!!
Baby I miss you! Baby I miss you today.
I miss her silly!
I have been supporting India Campus Crusade for Christ for some time now. They are doing a wonderful thing by spending time with the youth and educating them the Word of God.
In a world where there is so much chaos and disharmony, it is good to know that the youth are being led the right way.
Let’s pray that God will bless their Ministries abundantly.

I got this beautiful message from Joseph Wilson who is a part of the Campus Crusade Mission.
‘Every part of Scripture is God-breathed and useful one way or another - showing us truth, exposing our rebellion, correcting our mistakes, training us to live God’s way. Through the Word we are put together and shaped up for the tasks God has for us.’ 2 Tim 3:16
Father God!
I know that I have committed many wrongs in my life. I repent for all my sins.
Father I believe that whosoever comes to you will not go empty handed.
I believe that I will find ‘your amazing grace‘ that will fill my soul and cleanse my heart of all evil and sin.
I submit myself into your care and protection of Lord. I believe that you will lead me through my life, helping me overcome all obstacles that come my way.
Lord I am like clay in your hands. Mould me in a way that you want me to be. I believe that your skillful hands will repair my broken life and cleanse me of all iniquities.
Thank you Father, for listening to my prayers.
May this Holy Week transform our lives and give us everlasting peace.
God Bless.

My wife taught me a cool trick y’day.
Did you know that - A good head/ear phone in a Mic port equals a low quality microphone?
I didn’t believe it till I tried!
I am told that as far as physics goes, headphones and microphones are basically similar. There is a major difference though! One turns electrical signals into sound waves and the other turns sound into signals.
Don’t expect a too much and you’ll not be disappointed.
Cheers,
Rosh
Happy Birthday Sweetheart!
May this year bring abundant blessings in our lives. I miss you a lot and I wish you were here with me!
Abba. Father. I thank you once more for blessing us both with another year of our lives.
Even though we are continents apart, help us both to celebrate our birthdays in good cheer.
Today I was listening to the hymn - ‘This is the Day that the Lord has made’ on my IPOD. It reminded me of the day we that we got married - the best day of my life.
God Bless us all.

I am caught in a dilemma now. It is already past 12:01 AM, March 28, 2009 in India but here it’s only past 7:00 27th evening.
Should I celebrate my birthday now or should I wait 5hrs 30 mins more?
What’s there to celebrate anyways? My wife’s on a different continent altogether.
Mood: Sad and Grumpy
Happy B’day to me.
Cheers,
Rosh
We celebrated Holi at work today. Thanks to two of my colleagues, Mr. A and Ms. P, who came up with the idea of playing with colours at office. Most of us were not expecting this, but I have to add that it was fun while it lasted. One more brilliant memory added to my Pensieve.
Flying high…
Arey mera gana to suno bhaiya… (Listen to my song, Bro!)
Miss P and Mr A.
Holi cheers..
Unimaginatively titled, Another snap
Wish you and your family a very happy Holi.
Cheers,
Rosh
My God is most merciful and wonderful. Whenever I am distressed or troubled, he finds a way to console me and boost my confidence. He asssures me that he will take care of me through all turbulent times.
In Isiah 41:11-13, this is what he promises.
"Yes, all shall be put to shame and disgrace who vent their anger against you; Those shall perish and come to nought who offer resistance.
You shall seek out, but shall not find, those who strive against you; They shall be as nothing at all who do battle with you.
For I am the LORD, your God, who grasp your right hand; It is I who say to you, "Fear not, I will help you."

Rosh
I have temporarily moved into a friend’s apartment for couple of weeks till I find a place of my own. The apartment is in East Croydon and its almost an hour’s travel from my office.
Today evening we left office at around 6:30 pm and being the peak hours the trains were jam packed.
While staring at the insides of the train, obviously because I had nothing else to do, I noticed this brilliant advertisement for the Spelling Bee competition to be held in England.
Here it goes:
If GH can stand for P in Hiccough
If OUGH can stand for O in Dough
If PHTH can stand for T in Phthesis
If EIGH can stand for A in Neighbour
If TTE can stand for T in Gazette
If EAU can stand for O in Plateau
Then the way you spell POTATO is GHOUGHPHTHEIGHTTEEAU
Isn’t it?

I thought of adding a review for them on booking.com but alas, i do not have the booking pin with me. So I thought my blog had to have a mention of this lovely place and it wonderful hosts.

The cons:
Hope this helps you to decide if CityStay is the right place for you when you visit London.
